Trickster Tales
Renaissance Artist Puppet Company will guide your students and instructors through the development of a script and characters, building of the puppets, and rehearsing of the story through to performance. This is an excellent addition to a Black history month curriculum, or when studying the societies of South Western Africa. Also available for Egyptian cultural studies. This program revolves around the myth of Isis and Osiris.
Final performance will run approximately 15 minutes.
Our residency programs teach
students and instructors about the "entire" pupptet theatre process, from
concept through to performance. We teach at public, private, and home school venues.

and teaches your students and instructors? A program that encourages cooperative
efforts among your students.
Renaissance Artist Puppet Company are the instructors for you.
Our shortest residency is 10 days, yet we have worked with students for up to 3 months on very large projects. 10 day programs consist of 30 full hours of class and rehearsal time and one performance evening for the students andtheir parents. Each residency is customized for the school or group's individual needs. We work with students who are 6 years through adults.

This program is very adaptable to many grade levels. Participants learn about Mask theatre while learning about just about any area of study.

Workshops
Workshops run from 2 to 5 days. They can be on building puppets, learning to manipulate puppets, or learning about Mask theatre. We are very adaptable to the wants and needs of our school clients. We also offer one day seminars about the many types and styles of puppetry.

Home School Education Series Performance Information
2008-2009 Workshop programs for
Homeschool children & their parents.
Parents and children learning side by side how to bring some of their book projects to life. You'll have fun and take a teaching/learning skill back to your home classroom.
Please contact us to put together a special program for your
Homeschool group. Programs run for 3 Three hour sessions.
Minimum of 5 Parent/child teams.
Pricing Per Adult/child teams will be $300 for 3 day workshops.

The 2008-2009 Public & Educational Series
for NJ is Posted
Ticket pricing for Home School groups are the same
as for Public schools for an Educational series performance. Groups should make reservations 2 weeks
in advance. Home schools with groups of 15 or more can
also take advantage of discount tickets during our public performance series as well.
With a group of 15 or more, your group will pay $7.50 per ticket for regularly priced $9.50 performances and $8.50 per ticket for regularly priced $10.50 performances.
Reservation must be made at least two weeks in advance.
